Big Apple Donuts & Coffee

The Curve is simply a place defined as a paradise of yummy food and delicacies. In fact there are a few more new restaurants/ cafes in progress.

There was this particular shop right behind TGIF, called Big Apple Donuts and Coffee. When I first saw that name during their renovation, I was thinking that the name was quite cool; having a bite of the yummy doughnuts while sipping away a cup of hot coffee! WOW! That’s life!

When you talk about doughnuts, the pioneer of this business was the ever famous Dunkin Donuts. My sis used to crave for it so much, I always have their double choc doughnut. But I must say that Big Apple Donuts and Coffee is a must visit for its wide range of high quality doughnuts.

My family always buy a dozen home whenever they visit The Curve. My best choice would be Choreo – doughnut topped with oreo cookie powder! The dough itself is so fluffy and soft, you could taste the freshness of it. Every bite you take put a smile on your face.
I got 1/2 a dozen for free. The owner Mike was there and when he saw I was snapping photos of his shop, he came over and asked why was I taking photos. I told him it was my hobby and told him that my mum loves his donuts.... blah blah... and so he came over later and offered me a box. Thank you Mike! Should have asked for your name card.My bestie & I posting with the free donuts... Weee....California Almond..... something sweet.... I just love almond flakes!
Hot Berry with strawberry topping.....
Pics of friends & I hanging out after work... Go have the donuts now.... you get a free donut with every cuppa coffee ordered............ try a bite to believe it. :)

I Love Bangkok....

I’m finally going to blog about my wonderful trip to Bangkok last May with a bunch of crazy colleagues. We ate, we drank and we shopped like there was no tomorrow.

It was definitely a fantastic trip and though I’ve been there many times, but going with friends was just so very different.

We stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel which was near Pratunam. And right beneath the hotel was the shopping paradise! I wake up early almost every day and went down to do some early shooping spree.... though I was sick, but guess shopping was my cure :P
A place that you must go when you visit bangkok is Tawadaeng Beer Garden. This place ROX! The food is good, their beers are awesome, there's even performance to see! Thanks to Foo Shen who recommended us the place Yes.. I know we seriously ordered too much food! GOSH! only the first night...I love their grilled sausages with mashed potatoes!Crispy Pork Knuckle in da house.....Fried vege!Tom Yam Soup.. so the spicy....

Thai Speciality.... tons of veges..... then you could wrapped it with fresh prawns and dipped it inside the thai sauce.. slurrrpppp
Cannis & I were soo indulged in this dish! YUMMY! Do come back.... more photos soon :)
HAPPY FATHER's DAY to all.....

Madam Kwan's @ KLCC

Madam Kwan's is simply a popular food joint for families, friends or even colleagues who all flock by to taste their wonderful selection of food.

The food that is a must order there would be their famous Nasi Bojari, that comes with fried chicken, beef rendang, sambal prawns and rice. Huge portion and I would recommend you to share if u’re a small eater. Aside the rice, the fried kway teow, fried rice, noodle soup all top the list as well. If you like to have dessert, ice kacang is recommended!

See below for all the yummy food we had @ Madam Kwan, KLCC.
The icy cold ice kacang!
The famous Nasi Bojari... Their fried chicken is totally awesome!
Fried Kuey Teow, though a little oily but still taste fantastic!
I ordered an additional quater chicken! YUMMY! Hot & freshly fried...
Noodle Soup Ipoh Style... huge prawns and fair amount of chicken too!

Microsoft Surface - The Power

Surface is a new technology platform where people and devices interact with a flat computing table, at least in the first-generation product.

Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates showed off a prototype of the technology, then referred to as "Play Table," at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show. The technology and business model behind Surface radically departs from Microsoft's approach to PCs.

Click to see the video now!!!!! The power of Microsoft Surface. Amazing! :)
